A Registration Confirmation Letter with Tax Invoice will be emailed to you on receipt of this form. If you do not receive this within 48 hours of submitting your registration please phone 1300 651 026.
CANCELLATIONS: Written cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the conference and a refund will be issued less a $50 administration fee. There will be not refunds for cancellations made after 21 April 2008. Substitutions from within organisations are welcome without penalty.
